In Your Own Words...
My experiences with Dr. Honeycutt and her staff were all positive. I felt comfortable as soon as I entered the office. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. I felt all of my questions & concerns were addressed. Casey was extremely helpful when setting up appointments for surgery, Lorrie & Theresa were professional yet personable and so easy to talk to. Dr. Honeycutt informed me of all the risks, was helpful in my decision making, spent ample time addressing my needs- and did a fantastic job. I have referred several friends to Dr. Honeycutt and I'm certain they will have positive experiences as well. I will also return for other procedures. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

Creditentials

After graduating from Rice University, the "Harvard of the South", Dr. Honeycutt completed medical school and a rigorous general surgery residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch. She then performed original research as a Fellow at the Shriners Burns Institute. She completed her plastic surgery training at the well-respected University of Kentucky where she trained under Dr. Edward Luce, the past president of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. She has completed 13 years of medical school, residency, and research but continues her education by attending seminars to master the latest techniques in cosmetic surgery. She has achieved board certification in both general and plastic surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Honeycutt has written a funded research grant, authored many scientific articles, and made national presentations.

Private Practice

Dr. Honeycutt enjoys a busy breast surgery practice and has a particular interest in facial cosmetic surgery and body contouring. She and her all-female staff have a private and confidential office procedure room on-site which meets many of the same safety and comfort standards of the nearby hospitals, but it offers greater confidentiality and lower cost. The office of Advanced Surgical Arts Center is well appointed and relaxing with fresh flowers, a pleasant aroma, and over-stuffed sofas. You will feel immediately at ease, as if you are visiting a friend's living room.

Practice Philosophy

Dr. Honeycutt, her staff, and experienced nurses are personable, caring, and understanding. They emphasize patient education and prepardedness, and they achieve excellent results with this team approach. This is reflected in their 97% patient satisfaction rate. Many patients return for additional procedures and also refer their friends.

Community Involvement

Dr. Honeycutt is on staff at two universities where she teaches medical residents, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants. She helped develop the national certifying exam for surgical technologists. She is active in the local Chamber of Commerce and her church. She is a board member of the Bismarck- Mandan Symphony Orchestra. She enjoys speaking engagements and is a former President of a Toastmasters Club.

Personal

Dr. Honeycutt is married to Dr. Spagnolia, a neurosurgeon, and they have two children. They enjoy the beautiful, wide-open North Dakota landscape. Their home overlooks the majestic Missouri River. She enjoys long distance running and underwater photography. She is also planning on getting her pilot's license.
